When this website is accessed, the web server processes technically required connection data so the site can be delivered. 5. Contact by email and app bug reports
If you contact us by email, the information you provide will be used solely to process your request. Depending on the content of the inquiry, processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual or contractual communication) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (other inquiries).
If you use the in-app bug report function, the information you submit is used solely to review and process the reported issue.
The app bug report may include the summary and details you enter, an optional email address, app version, build number, iOS version, device model, current document count, and the submission time. PDF files and document contents are not uploaded by the bug report feature.
6. Recipients of data
Personal data is only disclosed if this is legally permitted, necessary for technical provision or if you have consented. As part of hosting, the technical service provider may have access to data processed on the server side.
Bug reports submitted through the app are forwarded to the developer workflow via Discord webhook infrastructure used as a communication processor.
7. Storage period
Personal data is stored only for as long as required for the stated purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations apply. Server log data is generally stored only temporarily to the extent necessary for operation, stability and abuse detection.
